Description:Stand upright keeping your back straight. Holding the dumbbell in each hand at your shoulders with an overhand grip. Raise the weights above the head in a slow and controlled motion while exhailing. Pause at the top of the motion. Return the dumbbells with your shoulders while inhailing.
